But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

The doorknobs that I bought were not correct but he was able to make the old doorknobs work like new which saved me money. and he was very good about educating me and advising me about the best thing to do for the work that I wanted done. He helped us salvage a poorly built front porch (another contractors work) and after he put his finishing touches on it for us, it is now looking much better. He took it to the next level with some custom built pieces and even added some built-in lighting. Would highly recommend him for any project. "Rich is extremely professional and is a top notch electrician. He installed a manual transfer switch for the new backup generator we will now use at our home if we lose power. His pricing was competitive and he went the extra mile for us and neatly labelled entries on the panel and even installed a light above the new panel which we can light up when the power's out. "Navin showed up to fix our plumbing issue the same day. He called within 5 minutes of my inquiry, was here in 45 min for a free estimate and our shower was fixed before 5pm! He also tightened the bathroom faucet, removed the hair from the drain without us asking and fixed the bathroom fan while he was here too! This guy is AMAZING! 10 stars if I could!"
