"Justin did a fine job in inspecting the old fan and replacing it with the new fan. He took care to protect my furniture and was careful wcwcto clean up after the installation was complete. He also removed and disposed of the old fan."

"Luis is easy to deal with and gave warranty for the fans."

"I was contacted immediately by text and got the estimate, agreed and they came out the next day to replace 3 ceiling fans. Richard - the electrician, was prompt and professional. They are expensive, but very efficient."

"Super polite, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. My first phone contact was with Melanie, who perfectly explained the possibilities for cooling my home with a whole house fan. The second contact was with Randy, who thoroughly surveyed my home and attic and gave me a fair quote with options and NO upsell. My third contact was with Jessie, who installed my whole house fan efficiently and without mess or fuss. He explained the process of use to me, and could not have been nicer or more helpful. I 100% recommend Solatube because their people are caring professionals who know their work!"

We founded our company in 2009 with the desire to change the contracting world. Merely having a customer-centric philosophy was not enough. Our #1 priority is to provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the installation. Every customer is treated as if they are family and we will treat your home as we would treat our own. We did the groundwork searching high and low to find the best fan that we wanted for our home. We found QuietCool Whole house fans and not only is their product best of class, they share the same ideals that we do. Our customers only regret is that they wish they'd called us sooner.\n

The bad news is because of the demand for his services we needed to schedule 2 months in advance.  THE GOOD NEWS is because of the demand for his services we needed to schedule 2 months in advance.   When the time came he was there early in the morning with his assistant ready to begin working.  The quality of the work was excellent and done in two days when his quote was for three days.  His quote broke down the work in great detail, so it was possible to make an informed evaluation before agreeing to have the work done. Even though Dave needs to be scheduled one or two months ahead, it is worth it because you know you will get quality workmanship done in an expedited manner.  I have already scheduled him to return to install a ceiling fan and pullout drawers in the pantry.

"Dominique was right on time, cheerful and pleasant. She did all the specific tasks I asked her to (including cleaning the windows inside out, scrubbing a bathroom curtain and dusting the ceiling fans). I just wish she had been more detailed in the kitchen and living room cleanup. Some appliances and lamps were cleaned outside but not inside, and some were forgotten. But overall a good job in 5 hours.
