Once we sorted that out it was smooth sailing. They were able to send somebody out the same day to determine the cause of my ceiling fan not working. Alex came and determined very quickly that it was the transmitter in the fan, he suggested that we install an in-wall fan control which we agreed to. Alex was competent, courteous and tidy.. "The new outlet is great. They were very nice and knowledgeable with the installation. However, the ceiling fan/light repair didn’t go as well. I thought he would replace the part that was getting hot. He only removed the damaged bulb and put a new bulb in. It was smelling of burning the next day and I have not used the light since."
