"Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. They did good work!"

When Frank came out to replace the fan, he lowered the thermostat setting and the fan worked. Wow, can you believe that, one simple test to realize the fan didn't need to be replaced. Frank adjusted the settings on the thermostats for both attic fans and only charged me a $60 service charge. He could have replaced the fan or charged me for it and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism!
