"I had to request bids from about 5 different electrical contractors before I found one that would even bid this job. It was a very difficult install because of the location - an 18' steeply sloped ceiling over a staircase. At least 3 contractors turned me down, a couple said they would bid the job, but never got back to me, and one other did finally give me a bid, but at a significantly higher cost.
RK Electric was the only contractor with the great combination of a can-do attitude, professionalism, and reasonable cost. This was an all day job for two men, because not only did the fan have to be hung in this difficult location, but I requested that a constant power source be run to the fan box so that I could operate the fan independently of the included light fixture. Everyone I encountered at RK Electric was courteous and professional. They got back to me with a bid in a timely fashion, completed the work when they said they would, did exactly what I requested, thoroughly answered all my questions, showed up on time, etc.
The fan installation turned out great. It's perfectly balanced with absolutely no wobble. During the install, the technicians were very considerate of my home (wearing booties). They even worked a bit beyond their normal quitting time in order to get the job done the same day.
I highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate to hire them again.

"Our bathroom remodel went perfectly - Charles & his team completed it on time & on budget.  From start to finish, the process went very smoothly & we had good communication with the team about each step.  Charles took us to pick materials & provided great advice throughout the process.  He was very easy to communicate with - available by email, calls & text messages.  He was also on-site & available to talk with in person.
During the work, Charles & his team took great care to protect the rest of our house from dust & debris.  They were also very respectful of our pet.
The bathroom is beautiful & exactly what we hoped for!  We will definitely work with Charles & his team again for our master bathroom remodel.  The 6 month wait time is well worth it!
