"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

"Home Depot Virginia Beach at $48. Contractor purchased the Master Flow GAF EGV5 assembly, charging me $130. Only the motor was used in the repairs. The metal shroud, motor brackets, fan blades were discarded. So much for being "green." On top of this, the young man doing the work tied all the black wires together in the fan controller, which in effect bypassed the thermostat control, and the fan runs continuously. Contractor said the controller was bad and wanted to order a new assembly. A lot of discussion took place, and I just felt that something was not right. I told the contractor that I would take of matters thereafter. When I found all of the black wires were tied together (only two wire caps used, instead of a minimum of three), I discussed my findings with the contractor who agreed that something went amiss, but emphasized the controller was bad anyway. Well, the controller was not bad, but because the old controller was seven years old, I installed the new thermostat correctly. I believe the young man did what he was told, that is, wire all the black wires together so he can tell the homeowner a new controller was needed. The extra and other work done was professional and I appreciate their efforts. BUT, the price gouging and wrongful tying the black wires together was unprofessional. I cannot not recommend this contractor as he has been in business for some time, but his willingness to take advantage of innocent homeowners is unprofessional. That should not be swept under the rug."

"Excellent customer service. My ceiling fan remote didnâ t come with a battery. He went to the store and purchased one at no extra charge."

"Professional, experienced, prompt, courteous, reasonable price, helpful. Before he left he reviewed how the remote control for the ceiling fan worked as my prevous ceiling fan did not have one. Would hire again."
