"Excellent. I have used this company for annual maintenance in the past, and they just completed a full replacement of my heating/air system and ducts. Historically, the technicians have always been on time, professional and knowledgeable. My 16 year old system was not working correctly, so, I had the tech come out to check it out. It was having electrical/board issues (end of life), so, a sales person came to go over options. There was no hard sell. He wanted to know how I used my system, heating preferences, fan usage, etc. We reviewed the various models and selected the one that would meet my needs and my budget. For installation, I had a full team (approx 6 people) to complete the installation and duct work. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The team manager checked in several times during the day to make sure everything was going well. Even the sales person stopped in to make sure everything was going as planned. We have insulation in our attack so they had to be careful to minimize the mess. They did and vacuumed the work areas before they left. Overall I am very satisfied with the sales and installation process. I plan to continue using them for annual maintenance and highly recommend them."

"The tuneup included the normal pictures inside the burners, examination of the fan, pressure checks, etc. The furnace was showing signs of age (19 years) and I knew that the AC had seen better days. Then came the end of year sale, the low-season discount, and the end of the rebate year. So I bit, but had no time to get a 2nd opinion, thus I did not rate for price since I have no comparison. But a trusted neighbor had also used them, so I figured I could not go too wrong.
The unit that they recommended seems to be fine. The improvement of the cold air intake and the better air flow into the blower makes a lot more air move, almost too much on the AC. But my utility bills are somewhat lower so moving more air across a smaller burner does fine even tho it was not a super efficient system. The AC compressor is much quieter and I get lots of cold air.
My biggest gripe is probably the thermostat. The temp does not seem to be very accurate (it can change by a couple degrees for no reason) and I can't change the swing (it does not move the temp enough when it runs so it runs frequently for very short periods - that seems like a good way to wear out the system faster). They did replace it, but the new one is the same. The new touch panel is nice in some ways, but seems to lack some in accuracy and features.
They did forget the CO detector, but I called and they came and installed one before the city inspection.
So, overall, a good experience. I'd probably do more research on what system to buy if I had had more time, but it works fine and hopefully will for years to come.
