"Frank was terrific! One of my Attic Fans was not running while the other was. Another company came out and told me the non-working fan needed to be replaced since it had electricity to it. When Frank came out to replace the fan, he lowered the thermostat setting and the fan worked. Wow, can you believe that, one simple test to realize the fan didn't need to be replaced. Frank adjusted the settings on the thermostats for both attic fans and only charged me a $60 service charge. He could have replaced the fan or charged me for it and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism!
