"Replaced a noise attic fan. They were true to their word. When booking the appointment they mentioned they would give a price for the quote, once the work started that would lock in the price no matter what they found. Well, the quote was to replace the fan motor which had burnt out but when the technician tried to do that he realized the whole fan and casing were corroded so he had to replace the whole unit. And true to their word the price did not change. Work was done well if not a little pricey."
