"Everything went very well except for one communication snag in the middle. When I fist contacted them and explained the work I needed done they were very responsive . They got me a quote with 1-2 business days. That quote included the need to climb around the attic and run an extra electrical wire to the wall switch because I wanted a separate control for the fan and the light. Once Chris arrived he suggested a solution that would save me time and money. With the existing wiring he could mount a remote control on the wall that would allow me to control the fan and light independently. Unfortunately neither Home Depot nor Lowe's had the control in stock so I ordered on Amazon. Due to this Chris could not finish the job that day. Here's the snag...I thought Chris was going to contact me to come back out the next week. When I didn't hear from him after a week I called him on his cell. He told me that he thought the office was going to contact me to reschedule, but they didn't. I then called the office and got on the schedule, but the day for which I was scheduled the technician called out sick. I rescheduled again and the tech arrived as agreed. Like Chris (I don't recall his name), he was prompt, friendly and efficient. He finished installing the last two fans (Chris mounted the first one but wasn't able to connect the wall control) and installed all 3 controllers in less than 3 hours. He also showed me how to use the controllers since there was a dimmer capability to them. Except for the communication hiccup in the middle I thought they were friendly, responsive, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

After realizing my hvac system also had a humidifier function that was incompatible with the thermostat I bought they were able to properly install my exhaust fan (I bought the wrong kind as well) and hung a chandelier under two hours. "The experience went well right until I was quoted a price for ceiling fan installation.  Customer service reps and the electrician were polite and professional.  Electrician showed up during service window, and customer service called me a half hour before his arrival.  However, I was incredibly surprised when the electrician told me the installation of the ceiling fan*** would cost just short of $700.  He said he may be able to do it for ~$670, but that'd be the lowest he could go.  I passed.

***Ceiling fan in a room where there was no existing ceiling fan, light fixture, wiring.  Light switch existed in room, connected to a wall outlet.  

The reason I was so surprised was because (2 years prior) I had hired this company to do the exact same job in an adjacent room.  During that job, there was additional electrical work done in another room at the same time.  The charge at the time was considerably less. 

Further, I provided all details about the service over the phone on more than one occasion. The electrician quoted the price of installation off a price sheet.  Instead of me being given an estimate over the phone, I took a half day off from work just to pass on a much higher price than what I had paid for the same work on another occasion.  In the future, I will look for another company for any electrical services.
