After checking things out, William determined the issue was located in the exhaust fan. He bought a new fan and installed it that day! The fan is very powerful and much quieter than the previous fan. John basically said ?too bad? and showed a text he sent to his worker, not me. I value transparency and honesty over anything. Like I said, the fan was installed great, by a worker not John. If you?re looking for a bathroom fan, they?ll get it done, just be careful about price. $75 is what John valued over me ever using their company again."
