"Jeramey is prompt and personable. The work was clean-looking and done right. He did a ceiling fan, outlets and switches in a sun porch. I will call him for future projects.Thank you, Jeramey!"

"Brett did an excellent job for us. We had the outside meter box and cable replaced. Brett gave us a great price, communicated quickly and got the job done when he said it would be done. The town just stopped by to sign off on the job and they said that the job was one of the best that he’s seen. We also had Brett put up two ceiling fans on the porch, he made sure that they were operating perfectly. Don’t hesitate to contact this company for your next electrical project"

"Kevin has been doing electrical work for us for about a decade, first upgrading the electrical ststem in our 1920s bungalow in Willimantic, and then coming out numerous times to update various elements in our historic home in Chaplin. He's great to work with, no- nonsense, thoughtful about creating safe solutions for our older house, including a generator installation. A nice person and a true professional."

"Signature Property Services offers superlative customer service and quality. Excellent communication from planning project to completion."

"Worked me in rapidly for a simple problem. He offered a lower cost repair than replacing the fan. I would hire him again for a major project."

"Thanks for your terrific help, Shawn!"

"While this wasnâ t a generator it was large equipment to be hardwired ( it didnâ t give me that option). The crew was extremely professional and efficient. The install took all day because of the amount of equipment and lines they were putting in but they remained in good spirits and got it done. They even offered to clean up the leaves that had blown in while the door was open. A great company, and we would definitely use them again."

"They were thorough and professional.  Exceeded expectations.

"Very neat and clean job. Excellent price; I'd priced everything out and was so pleased with what I got. He followed through with all appointments and was precise and professional throughout. He made sure I was happy with what I had and he was simply superb."

"The door looks great - the job was very good. My only issue was I had mentioned saving the old door to send to Habitat and it was cut so we couldn't donate it. I guess they just forgot. Since then A&W has gotten smaller and their time line is longer so...we'll see if we use them again.
