"They had to reschedule with me once due to an emergency call, but they were very good about communicating with me. They installed a bathroom exhaust fan for me with proper duct work in the attic to meet code requirements. They did an excellent job and were very happy with the end result. I will call them again for more work."

"Technicians James and Robert were professional, friendly and informative. I was not sure what the problem with my attic fan was, and after going into the attic (no easy feat in my house), James was able to diagnose the problem ( potential thermostat failure) and then he proceeded to give me 3 options for me to consider if the problem persisted. He even went so far as to go in-line and show me what a replacement thermostat looked like, what the direct cost from the manufacturer would be and how much an instillation by Forrest Healey Electric would be should I decide to replace the thermostat in the future. The lower Customer Service rating was due to the office not keeping me informed as to when I could expect the technicians (I was given a 2 hour window and they didn't come until an hour after the window closed). Again, I see this as a Customer Service issue by the office, not a reflection on the technicians themselves. I would use Forrest Healey Electric in the future and most definitely request James."
