"Bobby was exceptional courteous called me as soon as I submitted the request. He gave me an estimate. He called when he was on the way and was on time. He hung up two fans and light fixtures. He even helped me with some troubleshooting. I will certainly recommend him to anyone. Professional courteous and makes sure the job is done right. He even straightened a light fixture that was crooked. Thank you Bob for your help"

"Now I can't fault them for the faulty fan but what I didn't like was their price to install it. It took the guy ten minutes to put a new fan in and the price was outrageous it was like almost $300. Â I complained to them back and forth and they did reduce it maybe 20 bucks but that was crazy. Â I just didn't like their pricing. Â That was almost all labor."
