"We had Shawn come to our home to install a ceiling fan in our living room with a raised ceiling. He was very kind, courteous, honest, and very professional. He knew what he was doing and made me feel assured of the quality of his work. One catch though is that WireOne has an initial dispatch fee and then works off of a standard pricing sheet so my particular install got quite expensive. The pricing sheet covers almost any imaginable service/job and scenario that they could do but definitely seems to favor them (probably factoring in most time expected to complete the work, worst case in supply cost, etc.); but as a customer you know upfront exactly what the cost will be and can choose whether to do it or not. They offer great quality work and you know they're doing everything right, but you may end up paying for it depending on the service/job that you're looking for."

"Jeff was great!  He responded promptly to my initial inquiry and set up a date to come and do the work.  He was concerned that I didn't have enough for him to do for the 4 hours (I had a coupon from Angie's List for 4 hours of handyman work for $159.)  I said I just wanted to get those items done and I would be happy.  He came on time, did a great job and was done in about 2 hours.  He said the bath fan was working o.k. so he didn't install a new one.  He said he would be happy to come at a different date if I had more projects and would discount his fee since he didn't think I got everything I should out of this visit.  I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who has a list of fix-it projects that need to be done.
