"Tony came out on Sunday, 3-5-23 to check my leaking roof. While 2 other contractors said the WHOLE back of the house needed the roofing replaced, Tony showed me how he would address the leak while keeping the rest of the roof intact. I have a wide ranch with 2 gable extentions off the back with semi flat in between. The guys pulled up the flat tar paper, put down rubber membrane, extending two feet up the pitch sides, rubber membrane and copper flashing around the chimney (which is where they said the leak was from), and re flashed and replaced the hood for my cooking range exhaust fan. The new architectural shingles match perfectly to the existing. Except for the work done, you'd never know they were even there. That's how good the cleanup was.
