If I run into flow problems, I may eventually get a roofer to installs vents directly above to reduce any pressure drops due to bends. No one tried to sell us fancy or overly expensive fans. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"Ben showed up to price the job when he said he would (Saturday) and gave us a price. He looked at the fans we purchased and told us down rods were needed for 2 of the 3 fans. We secured the down rods before he arrived to do the job two days later. He returned on Monday when he said he would to install the 3 fans. He installed the fans in a little over 3 hours. He charged exactly the amount he gave us as an estimate. He brought everything he needed to complete the job.
