"I initially spoke with Seymour on the phone. I drove out to purchase a fan and pick it up and realized it was much larger than would fit into my car. While I was there Seymour took a few minutes to show me the different sizes and make some recommendations for installation.

I later called and purchased over the phone and he had it delivered to my front door in Westminster promptly. This isn't a big company, from what I can tell Seymour runs the company from his home. To me this is great, it is obvious he cares about what he is selling and if you are also supporting local Denver business.

Along with the fan and vent cover being delivered, I was provided with DIY instructions for installation which were enhanced from the basic instructions provided by the manufacturer. The install went well, and Seymour mentioned I could call if I got stuck and he would walk me through it.

The product is very high quality, it is hard to find stuff like this at a big box store.

I had a very positive experience, I enjoy doing business with someone local who is passionate about what they are selling.
If you want to buy a high quality fan locally, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone purchase a fan from Seymour at atticfan.com.

I love the attic fan, I have not run my A/C since installing this at the end of July.

"They contacted me right away. They were very friendly but we didn't follow through with what I wanted to do. Very pleasant contact though."

"The Electrician and Plumber that came to do the installation were professional, friendly and efficient. We love our new fan system."

"This couldn't have gone better. Chuck and Mike were pros and they did a beautiful job. They handled everything so well and even got it done ahead of schedule since our Airbnb we were staying at wasn't going to let us stay any longer. I had trouble installing some of the ceiling fans after they left so they even came back and installed those back on the ceiling at no charge. These are very trustable folks and I will hire them for any job down the road involving painting, popcorn ceilings, drywall, or related services."

"Hector is very professional and informative. He is on time and very affordable. He has done multiple things for me as I rebuild and update most of a home I recently purchased. I could not be happier with service."

"Showed up on time, professional, would recommend 10/10"
