"Let me preface by saying the work was completed great. I was never sent an invoice or figure so when I was quoted $500 on the phone then asked for $575 I was pretty upset. John basically said ?too bad? and showed a text he sent to his worker, not me. I value transparency and honesty over anything. Like I said, the fan was installed great, by a worker not John. If you?re looking for a bathroom fan, they?ll get it done, just be careful about price. $75 is what John valued over me ever using their company again."
