"Drew was efficient with his communication and work."

"These guys did the job exactly how I needed it and made sure I was very happy with the job. Their attention to detail is exemplary. They cost a little more but worth every penny"

"I initially spoke with Seymour on the phone. I drove out to purchase a fan and pick it up and realized it was much larger than would fit into my car. While I was there Seymour took a few minutes to show me the different sizes and make some recommendations for installation.

I later called and purchased over the phone and he had it delivered to my front door in Westminster promptly. This isn't a big company, from what I can tell Seymour runs the company from his home. To me this is great, it is obvious he cares about what he is selling and if you are also supporting local Denver business.

Along with the fan and vent cover being delivered, I was provided with DIY instructions for installation which were enhanced from the basic instructions provided by the manufacturer. The install went well, and Seymour mentioned I could call if I got stuck and he would walk me through it.

The product is very high quality, it is hard to find stuff like this at a big box store.

I had a very positive experience, I enjoy doing business with someone local who is passionate about what they are selling.
If you want to buy a high quality fan locally, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone purchase a fan from Seymour at atticfan.com.

I love the attic fan, I have not run my A/C since installing this at the end of July.

"I hired some incompetent idiots to finish my basement, so I had to bring Jacob in to fix all the things they did wrong. Awesome work! Thanks Jacob!"

"Kens Home Improvement: Dusty, is a great guy, a Navy Veteran! They did a drywall repair, that required knockdown texture matching that was just amazing in my basement. He’s very professional, very attentive to detail gives 120% to the job, very knowledgeable, and they priced out lower than the other competitors estimates, so saved me money… He was on time, and his timeline for the job was exactly as he stated. After patching the estimated portion of the wall he still had patching texture material left over, and with my permission went and patched other marks on walls in the house at NO CHARGE to me. Definitely an AAAAA+ with Customer Service and Quality of work and all other areas concerning this job. I gladly, give my recommendation to Kens Home Improvement, Dusty really went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed with the highest level of standards. Ty, Darren Knight"
