Unfazed he removed (after some effort due to the age of the unit) the old fan, enlarged the opening, and installed the new fan and light fixture. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed.
