"I have used Ragsdale for almost 10 years and I am very pleased with them. They have installed heat and air in my previous home as well as my current one. They are the only ones that I will use for heating and air. This past service was the semi-annual maint on my unit that they installed earlier this year when we moved to our new house, which is a 45 year old home. What I like most is they are locally owned and gurantee all of their work. They are honest and that is a trait that you do not see much anymore. The service tech that has come out the past few years is Mark and he does a fantastic job. It is that personable touch that lends to the trust factor. As for the new unit, I am very pleased. When we hit 106 degrees this past summer, my house stayed very comfortable. Best of all, the unit they installed is mega energy efficient. My power bill was not high at all! They are an exceptional company and I will not use anyone else. In fact, I have their plumbing division coming to install a bathroom in a room that was just recently closed in.

"Mr. Henderson was very courteous & professional...going beyond the call of duty. The problem I thought I had with my circuit breaker, I did not have. But he resolved some other issues. And these were issues I had been living with in my home for years. Also, I am temporarily disabled...and he was kind enough to put a globe over my light in the laundry room that I could not reach. I know that is not much to speak of, but for a person struggling with limited mobility, it meant a lot.... Also, he is quite affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by his rates. I need some ceiling fans put in next Spring...so I will definitely be using him again."
