"The electricians help troubleshoot the problem with my ceiling fan. Initially, they called the day of the job and asked if they could change it to the afternoon. I said NO because I had already taken off the morning to be at home for the appointment. They were a bit impatient and ready to go to their next job as opposed to finishing my ceiling fan job. In the end, I had to phone the manufacturer who determined the fan was not working properly. The electricians (2) removed the fan and dismantled it."
