I needed a belt replaced, and they worked with me so I did not have to clear my attic access for them to do their job. I was very impressed by their friendliness and quick repair. "Best experience I have ever had with a contractor. While there were minor hickups, they were from manly unexpected issues, with some minor communication issues. Work was high quality and timely. Dennis on the business side was professional and patient. Slavik, the main contractor was actually pleasant to have around the house. They were not the cheapest bid we had, falling somewhere in the middle. We hired them because we had a sense that they were honest and hard working and we were not disappointed."

"We have had a great rapport over the years. They know the quirks of my old home and how to fix just about anything that has been done to it (or not done to it) over the past 125 years of its existence. We have worked under a time/material agreement for smaller jobs and contracts for the larger jobs. Communication is great, they are there rain or shine and stay on the job until its done. "Better than imagined. We got a few quotes from reputable painters in the City. All seemed a little high. I received a message from someone on Angie’s list recommending Tim with ET Painters so I called Tim. Great decision! Tim came out out a Saturday, evaluated the job and gave me his quote. Very personable, honest guy. When I hired Tim I told him that he wouldn’t have to paint around our rain gutters, but then we had new gutters installed. Tim said “ no worries, I’ll just tape the gutters off”. I realize now that was probably a lot of extra work for him, but he didn’t change the quote. He just did it. Our house looks amazing!!
