"Joe had to replace the receiver in the fan’s assembly. To get to it he had to disassemble the two lights and remove several of the fan blades. This was not an easy task considering the weight of the fan and our nine foot ceiling. Once the fan was put back, he had to check that the DIP settings were correct in the remote. Someone always answers the phone and the text the picture and the name of the person you can expect that is coming to your home is a plus and he showed up in a Company van.
