"Joe had to replace the receiver in the fan’s assembly. To get to it he had to disassemble the two lights and remove several of the fan blades. This was not an easy task considering the weight of the fan and our nine foot ceiling. Once the fan was put back, he had to check that the DIP settings were correct in the remote. All aspects of the fan and lights are now working as before. Thanks Joe for giving our 20 year old fan a new life."
