Mr. Bush contacted me the prior night to verify that I still wanted the job done. He texted me the day of the job to tell me that he was on his way. Mr. Bush arrived on time and then asked to see the jobs in person. He explained that my new ceiling fan required a 4" bracket to ensure the stability of the fan and he had already quoted me a price just in case I needed the 4" bracket; so there were no surprise charges. After all of the jobs were completed, he reviewed my ceiling fan instructions and asked me if there were any questions. Mr. Bush was very friendly and professional. Even though we had 18 foot high ceilings, they had a ladder that was tall enough for them to do the job so they didn't need to use scaffolding . When the old ceiling fan was removed, there were marks on the white ceiling from the old fan. They were able to cover the marks without painting. Cleaned up before they left.
