Upon removing the old light fixture he determined that the replacement fan unit was larger than the unit being replaced. Unfazed he removed (after some effort due to the age of the unit) the old fan, enlarged the opening, and installed the new fan and light fixture. Despite the unforeseen extra work, he still completed the job within 2 hours. Despite the extra work required, his fee was still less than the other bids received. I highly recommend this company."

"Mike was available when I needed him. I did not want to go find the ceiling fan that required replacement. Mike and Beverly asked me some specific questions, looked at the place it needed to go and headed out to get the fan for me. They were back in a short time with exactly the fan I needed. When there was a glitch that the existing wall switch did not work, he determined the problem and fixed it. I said i did not want pull chains, and he worked at solving that until it satisfied my whims! I was delighted by their friendly demeanor and the attention they both paid to details. They were both very careful in my home, protecting the paint and furnishings as they worked. They will be back to do a few more jobs for me. We reviewed what I want and plan to complete the next projects within the next six months."
