The fan is still in great working order so he just replaced the light fixture. He was prompt and very professional!! His price was very reasonable and he didn't pressure me to go the more expensive route of replacing the whole fan! I definitely recommend him and will use him again for electrical work!!"

"Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. They did good work!"

Mark did a great job leaving the rest of the ceiling totally untouched. He ran the ductwork to the soffit in the attic--which I was totally fine with. If I run into flow problems, I may eventually get a roofer to installs vents directly above to reduce any pressure drops due to bends. No one tried to sell us fancy or overly expensive fans. We provided our own. It was a good experience."
