Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. I contacted Legendary Landscapes to help me figure out a solution. Chad, the owner, came over for the initial consultation. I expressed my needs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He proposed a solution for my yard and explained the steps necessary. I thought i was going to need an expensive retaining wall but Chad suggested a lower cost alternative for me using rip rap that i didn't even know was possible. The proposed price was exactly what i was looking for so the work was scheduled for the following week. Chad and his helper showed up on time and performed the work in 95 degree plus weather (kudos to them, too hot for me!). The work was done on time, 2 days as proposed despite the insane heat, with no surprises or issues. I wasn't sure how good the rip rap wall would look but i was pleasantly surprised with the final product. The work done looks great and my yard looks enormous now! I highly recommend this company, they are going on my speed dial as the first and only call for future landscaping projects.
