"The owner Fabio, offered me an alternative to my original request I thought I needed to replace my 200' 38 year old steel fence. He walked me step by step of what he proposed and what he could provide in his bid. He provided a bid that included pictures of his walk thru of the rusted out fence from one end to another. He provided me a preliminary bid for my inspection and returned to my home to walk me through the process. Then he spray painted the areas that were to be replaced. Then he provided me the final contract that I gladly signed. He scheduled the work and completed the entire job as he contracted for in that time frame. I had other Contractors working on my home at this time and they commented on the professional welding they were providing. They were Professional and Polite during every visit. I am a retired Contractor in San Diego for 41 years in good standing and the Customer Service Fabio provided was 1ST class. He has very high standards and will not compromise in his workmanship or materials. Most Contractors are Salesman and seeking to sell you often something you do not need, Fabio offered me an alternative that only a honest true Tradesman with pride in his work would offer and complete. This is a company you should consider and hire if you require his many services he has to offer. FL Escondido, California"

No fuzz, hesitation nor noise they all showed their professional conduct at all times. Each one of them knew exactly what to do. They finished the job in 2 days. No mess, the result is much better than what I expected. Ken (sales), honest, straight forward. I would highly recommend this guys, as I have already to some of my friends. "Excellent! He was very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. When we had any worries about what needed to be done, he would take the time to explain and show us exactly why certain parts needed to be replaced, or why other parts were fine as they were. Very honest! The work that he did was excellent. After a good paint job, our fence looks brand new now!"

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.
Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.
Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
