He surveyed the job meticulously and took extensive notes and explained to me as we walked around the entire fence. He noticed that one of our window frames was damaged and he said that he would take care of that also. He wrote up the contract to our satisfaction, we paid the down payment and he promised to start the job within 45 days. To us that was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when he called and said that he would have his crew at my house within 2 weeks! He took time to educate us on what needed to be done and why. He provided a very detailed quote with a complete list of materials, drawings of the current porch and drawings of what the proposed finished project would look like, and stuck to the price quoted. Not only was he very professional in this manner, he also worked in less than ideal conditions to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner.
