He surveyed the job meticulously and took extensive notes and explained to me as we walked around the entire fence. He noticed that one of our window frames was damaged and he said that he would take care of that also. I was pleasantly surprised when he called and said that he would have his crew at my house within 2 weeks! Let me tell you that less than one month after meeting Charles, our fence was completely repaired, painted and look like a new fence. Our fence went from an eyesore to the envy of our neighborhood.
