"I do not generally write reviews unless I'm swayed towards disappointment or extreme satisfaction. To the readers, this review is completely on the satisfaction side of the fence. No pun intended, but fits!!!! LOL I am not affiliated in any fashion with Top Notch Co. and only submit a review as a customer with my opinion. I hired Top Notch in 2004 to build a cedar fence that was 371 linear feet with 52 posts containing three gates. I only point this out as it wasn't a small job in 2004 and I still remember the numbers with the big job it was! That cedar fence was beautiful and lasted two decades providing a place for the pets to hang out and gave us home owners privacy to a path that exists beyond. Fast forwarding 20 years, the old fence did its job and needed to be replaced. I called Top Notch and requested a bid to which I received within a day online. I'm not a first bid kind of guy, so I requested over 7 bids from various companies in the area. Several companies came out, showed off products, and did the normal walk of the property. Being an over researcher, I weighed all my options with cost, materials, and credentials. I hope I can tell you to look no further with the research I've already done, but Top Notch Co., is TOP NOTCH!! I requested them to come out for the final bid to make sure the online quote was legit and the numbers never changed. The crew was extremely friendly, hard working, overly punctual (showed a day early), and left no trace behind. The original owner of the company (Rob) came out to greet me as well after last seeing him 20 years ago on the first fence. Thanks to Top Notch for a job done extremely well! -Dave"

"Ed, Alex and team really surprised me. I was looking for aluminum railing with a wood look. Once they were ready to bid for the job, they came over measured the area and once I accepted their quite and paid the down payment before I knew what was going on, according to schedule, they had already made what I would consider a work of art as a one piece aluminum railing and wanted to verify that their measurements were correct. I was a bit surprised that the railings were a perfect fit - no fat. Next, again according to schedule they painted it and installed it today and what I would d seen in my mind eye for 2 years was finally a reality. More than anything, I appreciated the straightforwardness and tightness of the feedback loop in the whole process - they did exactly what they promised they would do when they said they would do it. If I have any kind of railing or fence work, I definitely would not spend time searching if they are available. Anyway, thanks guys- very much appreciated."

"What an incredible team Hidden Fence of Minnesota has! I had a fence with a competitor and adopted two dogs, who arrived faster than anticipated. The previous organization couldn't fit me in for 2 months. I don't like to have dogs tied out and they don't either, after a month of getting tangled, damage to landscape and other, I contacted Hidden Fence of MN. While I was frustrated, they were calm and kind and able to be at my home the next day. The training was amazing, they came back a couple times and trained more. They even brought a team (trainer and dog) to ensure my pups could face temptations. Just an amazing organization. There when you need them and truly care about what they do! I recommend Hidden Fence of MN and the team they have working with them!"

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"This company is Awesome! Of the three company's we chose to speak with from Angie's list Peckels was the only one that met with me rather than just show up, look at the job and call me. I was impressed with the attention to detail and some additional reinforcement they salesman suggested. We were very eager to get the work done since the wood fence was leaning way over because multiple posts had broken. They got us on the scheduled right away. A week later the fence broke free, half of it laying down and the other half twisting up to the good fence post. We were afraid all this twisting might make the fence unmendable. I called Peckels and they moved us up in the scheduled and came in the next two days to complete the repair. As soon as I figure out how I will nominate them for the page of happiness and always recommended them."
