He also pruned a few large trees, built up a hole in the yard, put insulation in the water heater clawset, built a new back porch, repainted the front porch, and patched several cracks in the wall and ceiling. He replaced a broken window pane. All jobs were completed. Complete and on budget. All were left clean and materials hauled away.
