"Quality work and smooth project start to finish - This was one of the easiest and best contractor experiences we’ve had and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. Jim came out to give us an estimate on about 80 feet of privacy fence between our property and our neighbor’s, showed us our options and pricing and was totally knowledgeable and low pressure. We had another estimate scheduled but we were so impressed with the initial consult and the photos of their work that we just went ahead with them and we were glad we did. On the job day, Steve came out and personally looked over the site and answered all our questions and the fence was put in without a hitch. All the workers were courteous and everything was left clean and tidy. The fence looks better than I ever imagined a privacy fence could look and I feel like it really adds to the property. We would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience and beautiful work."

"When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! I will try to remember to come back and post some pictures - we have not finished all of our landscaping yet. Want a fence? Call CLM!"

"I received several estimates and Fence & Deck Connection, after a very professional examination of the situation and a very clear explanation of the replacement plan, presented me with the lowest bid. Another fence company's bid was three times the cost! After choosing Fence & Deck Connection, I had two more visits from their personnel to plan the installation. When the crew arrived to install they were fully aware of what needed to be done. In one morning they installed a beautiful fence that was even more than I had hoped for. "Fence and Deck is the only company we will ever use for these kinds of projects. We had a fence replaced some years ago and were happy with the work, product and customer service since that project was finished. We decide to go with Fence and Deck to replace our old deck that was really falling part. Everything from the initial appointment through project clean up was done completely professionally. The demolition crew caused a small problem with our electricity, but the project manager more than amply recompensed us for it. We had a separate company remove a backyard pool right before the deck replacement. The Fence and Deck project manager and other company reps kept in constant contact with us, and were unbelievably flexible when the first project was delayed several times. Fence and Deck really sets the standard for how companies can make customers very happy."
