I have a large yard, some of which is still rather untamed, but that had no impact on their willingness to give me the fence I wanted. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and concisely at every step of the way. After the installation was complete, Brian took the time to explain the best possible way to train my dog, and was willing to stay as long as necessary until I was comfortable doing it on my own. A few days later, he called to ask how things were going and if I wanted him to come back to help out with the training. Ideal Dog is a top notch operation, and I recommend them to anyone looking to install an electric fence."
