"Great Job!! Ben provided a lot of options and explained everything very well. The fence looks great!!"

"I hired Beaver, Inc (Tim) to rehang a large metal and glass gate and to automate it. He was a pleasure to work with, professional and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend. I love my gate."

"The new fence is beautiful. It took a while for the materials to come in but the fence was installed in an afternoon."

"Good service and good fellow, will use again."

"Great job. Showed respect to property owner. Cleaned up after themselves. Brought repair project up to code. Left with opportunities for more projects."

"They did a fine job with one exception. They were to include a self closing latch on the gate as it protects a spa, per the discussion during the quote. All other "spa" requirements were met. We've called California vinyl about it twice with their agreement this would be remedied....so far to no avail. As the work was performed on Aug 27th, and they've been paid, I know doubt that they will return to fix it. I would have give 5 stars in the rating, but this is not acceptable. One month later (today, 9/30) they finished the job by putting on the self-closing latch. I am perfectly satisfied now!"

"Excellent. Steve and his team were awesome. Hard to find honest and reliable Handyman these days. Steve can do anything and everything in a professional and timely manner. Quality work at reasonable cost. Highly recommend Steve’s “Best 4 less Fencing company.”"

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
