"We contacted Cowan's during the busy season, he responded by text only. We explained what we needed. It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. I spoke to Mr. Cowen about how unhappy I was with the way things were left and he said he would talk his worker and just use soap and water to clean everything. I should not have to clean up after Cowan's job. When I offer to pay him he told me to keep my money and Goodbye."

"Everything went smoothly. Bathroom & Kitchen King finished the project within the estimated time frame and contracted budget. Vincent and Harry were very responsive and kept me informed. When Harry came to do the estimate, he left me with some contacts at vendors he works with so I could get an idea of the products available to me. He was proactive without being pushy which I really appreciated. Mike and CJ were the guys working in my house day to day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day (I realize this benefitted them as well, but it was nice to not have to work around in-progress in a gutted kitchen for several weeks). If any issues arose, they consulted me, so there were never any surprises. Mike and CJ were very accommodating to me and my parents who live with me.
