"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. When the stove was installed, again professional , and polite gentleman, Steve and Adrian did a fine job. Now we have a solid company to go to for repairs , and service. Thank you to all at Chimney Experts for a job well done."

Customers say: Quick response

"JRC Installers exceeded my expectations - Jim and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They came out to assess our indoor gas fireplace that has not been working consistently, and were able to diagnose and address the issue quickly, and at 30% of the cost of a competitor. We will be working with them annually for our fireplace cleaning and have recommended them to our neighbors. I would honestly recommend not wasting time reading about any other companies - just reach out to Jim and work with his team."
