"I needed my chimney cleaned and cap replaced. It took a few weeks before Jacob and Nick could be on site to clean and repair my chimney....but it was well worth the wait! All of the work was done quickly and with no mess. Jacob inspected the fireplace and chimney - pointing out a few areas that may need repair or attention in the future. I liked how those issues were assessed based on safety, severity and need to address. The cost was reasonable and I was quite satisfied with their service. Daren (and his brother-in-law, whose name escapes me) were both extremely professional and personable. Daren provided pictures of my chimney, which clearly showed I had a problem. He patiently explained in detail (including the required materials) what should be done to rectify the problem. There were no 'hard sale tactics' nor any pressure to sign a contract.
