"Service was fast and efficient and the workers were knowledgeable on what would need to be fixed on the fireplace."

"Great job. Repairs finished, new fireplace installed, and chimney cap installed under a short suspense."

"I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding job that your technician, Mercado Domingo did on my gas fireplace. I have had an ongoing problem with soot buildup on the interior of the firebox and glass window. I have had 3 other companies service the fireplace with no success as the soot would start building up right away. Mercado diagnosed the problem, cleared a restriction in the chimney and cleaned the entire unit. He went above and beyond what the other technicians did. I now enjoy a beautiful clean fireplace after 10 years of soot."

"Good work done for our fireplace and chimney. Issues found with the wood casing outside the chimney. Refinished ( paint) and resealed. Good for a few more years at least."

"Great service! Nir arrived on time and was very professional. My chimney box needed repair and he gave us a good price and did the work on the spot. Highly recommend! Will definitely hire again for any chimney work."

"Needed my gas fireplace relit, cleaned and serviced for the season. Quick response to my service request and resolved within a week."

"They did excellent work on my wood pellet stove"

"I called Ballard and the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. She told me when someone could be out to provide an estimate (1 business day). The person came out and left a written estimate for me. I then had to wait a few days for another vendor to provide me another estimate. Ballards estimate was $25 higher than the second estimate (with AL discount) but their response time and communication made me feel more comfortable using them. I sent the estimate back to Ballard via email. They called the next morning and we scheduled the time for the work to be completed. They came on the scheduled day. Cut and removed the limb from the shed. They then removed all of the wood from the yard. They left or sent a paper invoice and also sent one electronically. I paid with a credit card online. From my perspective the work went off without a hitch. As stated earlier, they got the job because of their quick response and clear communication during each step in the process. They also provided a $100 Angies List discount."
