"Where do I begin...I cannot thank Mr. Thomas enough for what I feel was and continues to be white glove service that he extended to me as I began my wood stove installation project. I would say that I went into buyers remorse mode at least twice after I approved the estimate that he provided. He PATIENTLY addressed all of my questions and allayed all of my concerns as I HAD to go through my decision-making process for what was a big-ticket purchase for me. His professionalism and his excellent communication style were of paramount importance to my overall comfort to move forward with the project. "I had to be out when the team arrived, but when I got back they had taken care of the priorities and were working their way down the list on the contract that the arborist and I had agreed upon. My team was Blake, and Nelson, and another man. Blake asked me about my preferences on work to be done after the prioritized jobs, and they got right to more pruning and thinning the trees that surround my lawn. They took out a dead tree in a stand in the front. (I live in the woods.) Blake explained what they were doing and why they didn't take more off a couple of trees (either for appearance or too much trauma to the tree). Nelson discovered a large dead tree over my shed that might cause me trouble soon and showed it to me. They did not have the equipment to work on that tree that day but I plan to have them back soon to take care of it.
They were knowledgeable, polite, and worked steadily. -- And they chipped and took away all the debris.
