"Jose was quick to respond and allay any worries I had regarding the leak and any needed repairs. He came out immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem. He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. I had two other contractors out to give estimates that did not accurately diagnose the problem and suggested complete roof replacements. "Initially we had a wood burning stove and wanted a fireplace. He opened the wall and after the inspection he noticed 13 thousand pounds of cracked sewer lines pipe and broken concrete blocks and bricks used as fill. He took everything in stride and was extremely reasonable. We have a beautiful fireplace now. He even helped with rebuilding the chimney and relining everything."
