"We called on a Saturday and they were at the house within an hour or so. Incredible on its own. Our heating system people Petrol do mot clean chimneys. They tell you to hire your own people to do it and then call them when it s been done so they can fix the issues on the furnace. The people they reccomwmed to us, Guaranteed , came over and gave us a quote of $3600 to fix and repair the chimney. We told them we had to think about it and the salesman ( who acted exactly like used car salesman) got pissed and started telling us this was going to happen and that was goig to happen if we didn t fix it immediately. Well we don t do well with pushy high pressure salesman so we called this company. Super nice people. They worked hard and fast and even got rid of a squirrel nest we had in the chimney and unblocked the entire chimney and replaces the liner down to the furnace. They charged us $2400 which was more than fair considering g the other party started at 3600 and when we told them we were going to think about it they immediately went down to 3200. Great company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of chimney service. They also do gutters and roofs a d roof leaks. We will be calling them for a roof quote soon. 100% company. And I m super tough on referrals by nature."

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect. This was a huge project that I was very nervous about and Derek and his staff made sure things went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things. The biggest indicator of how happy I am with the work done is that I recently contacted Derek to do more work for me!"
