"We hired Quality 1st to clean two chimneys that were in terrible shape, install new dampers, and removed an old wood stove. Oscar and his team were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They called me back immediately to schedule an estimate and provided. a timely, detailed quote. Oscar even went out of his way to check on a possible safety issue for us. Quality 1st arrived on time and had everything installed and cleaned up in just two hours. We appreciated how careful they were with our floors and rugs. The pricing was quite fair and Oscar stuck with our original quote even though we needed an additional repair. Oscar is reliable, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Quality 1st."

"Just had to clean parts of my deck where soot came from the chimney, and a little ash in front of the fireplace, otherwise they were okay."

"I was happy over all. Cleaned my wood stove chimney and had my chimney lined."

"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. When the stove was installed, again professional , and polite gentleman, Steve and Adrian did a fine job. Now we have a solid company to go to for repairs , and service. Thank you to all at Chimney Experts for a job well done."

"Honestly impressed with the whole experience. Good communication, fair pricing, and the fireplace is finally working safely again after the repairs."

"Company agreed to clean creasote in fireplace over the phone. On arrival, workers said they didn't do that kind of work. Also arrived after 5pm which was outside the predicted range. Otherwise, they were fast and efficient."

"Benny and his guys did an awesome job, start to finish on my fireplace in Southbury. The area was kept orderly and the work was done right as you would expect from old world experienced master masons. Benny even supplies area masons with material, etc from his yard in Newtown. There's no way there could be a better contractor choice in the state. Hiring anyone else would be a mistake."

"Leonard and helper went above and beyond my idea of what the job entailed. My old fieldstone outside fireplace/barbecue needed TLC and when they were done, it looked like new! Very pleased with their work, They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves."

"Adrian was great. Sent him a picture of what I needed, then gave me a quote, came next day and finished the job same day. Very professional and left everything clean. Fireplace brick looks great! Thanks again."
