Once, the service provider called my cell phone and left a message, but never rang the bell. We were home and he could have saved us all significant effort. Another time, someone came out for a problem, but the work order did not detail the specific problem we had called about. Again, a small problem, but he wasted his time investigating something that was already being addressed and then having to refocus on the problem at hand.

He made changes that would look great but also stand up to swimming puppies. He is super nice and easy to work with. The fish were thrilled to be released into their new home, too.
