Another time, someone came out for a problem, but the work order did not detail the specific problem we had called about. Again, a small problem, but he wasted his time investigating something that was already being addressed and then having to refocus on the problem at hand.

"Dublin Plumbing just completed a remodel of my master bathroom and did a wonderful job! 
The workmanship is as good as it gets and I finally got the bathroom of my dreams in our new Columbus house. 
We were so pleased with his work we asked him to install a new tankless water heater system for us at the same time (he'd diagnosed our old tank unit as being almost ready to fail due to a leak from the bottom of the tank) which runs flawlessly and is so much better than the old unit.

Jim was professional, straight-forward and prompt. He did exactly what he said he would and delivered everything we hoped he would. He went the extra mile for us by throwing in a little extra plumbing at no extra cost when he'd spotted the bad job our previous contractor had done on old water heater, which was really nice.
