Much to my surprise, they came the same day. I needed an additional part that Jerry didn't have with him, so they came back the next day, completed the service and added a feature that I was excited to have. "My above ground pool had not been clean since last fall. I searched for a pool cleaning service and found Lone Star pools. I spoke to Jose on Saturday and he asked to come and look at the pool. He gave me a good price for a one-time cleaning and he said he could start right then. He tested the water, added water to the pool and backwashed the filter. He then added the chemicals needed. Next he vacuumed out most of the leaves that had collected in the pool and scooped out the rest with a net. Finally he scrubbed all of the algae from the sides and bottom of the pool and the ladder going into the pool. He tested the water again and added some more chemicals. When he was done, the water was cloudy from the dead algae floating in it and particulates from leaves. He said the filter would do its work and it has. Now we have a sparkling clean pool where we had what was basically an above ground pond before. Jose worked ho*** ** the pool. He answered all my questions. He was professional, detail-oriented, respectful and friendly which is important to me. I highly recommend Lone Star pools to anyone who needs pool cleaning and wants a good job done!"
