"Great job by professional crew!!"

I founded American Pioneer Construction in July 1993 to give my customers top quality design and installation in a timely manner and at a fair and competitive price. Our goal is to help you create your dreams. We are fully licensed in Westchester and Putnam counties in New York. We have a multi million dollar insurance policy which has never been used in 30 years. The reason is that cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. We are on site every day until the job is completed. We have massive experience in indoor and outdoor renovations for your home. Indoors includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, doors, windows, moldings, additions, and custom cabinet and shelving units of any size. Also, outdoors we build decks, covered porches, walkways, patios, and fire pits. We have built over 300 Koi ponds that have been featured in international magazines and huge pond tours. We also frame/build garages, sheds, and outdoor bars. Give us a call so you can find out how we can help you.

"Richard has been fantastic in helping. Not only the quality but friendliness and efficiency .He has always gone out of his way to help. He literally rebuilt our pond including the pump system. Pricing was reasonable."

"Today I had my pond cleaned for the first time. What a fantastic job Spencer and Ryan did from NJ pond care .Will highly recommend them. Thanks Franco for your help. Rob Heiss"

"Love, love love my experience with Platinum Pools and Dave! Platinum did a full remodel on our pool, pool area and pool house! Working with Dave was such a breath of fresh air. My husband and I felt so comfortable working with Dave. They refinished our pool, replaced our pool deck area with pavers, upgraded our lighting and literally brought our pool and pool area back to life! We were so impressed that my sister in Bedford hired Platinum for a much larger remodel project and they absolutely love how their project came out as well. We would 100% recommend Dave and Platinum Pools to anyone looking for a pool or patio project! Thanks Dave!"

"Marino's has always been incredibly responsive and customer satisfaction oriented.  The workers are very nice to deal with and they know what they're doing.  I've had many emergency water outages and a couple of basement floods caused by rain, and the Marino's folks are always there to help whether it's Sunday night or some other odd time.  I've never had to wait when I've had an emergency.  I highly recommend them.

"Awesome job. Marcos and his crew more than exceeded my expectations for the job. They were professional, and courteous. The job took just over two days. Day one was excavating and framing, day two was pouring, finishing, and landscaping. The job site was left neat after day one, and Marcos & his crew didn't leave on day two until all the landscaping was made neat and the job site cleaned up. I have already had several compliments from neighbors and have recommended Marcos and MAS Masonry & Landscaping to others. I would definitely use Marcos and his crew again."

"Absolutely great! Will call him next year, true to word, professional!!"
